概述

       BA型漿泵是我廠參照芬蘭技術，結合國內先進工藝、優化設計的一種廣泛適用于造紙、化纖、制漿等工況的新一代漿泵系列產品，該系列泵采用國外先進的半開式葉輪，各種紙漿、棉漿、木漿、化纖、纖維通過性能好，具有無堵塞、輸液濃度廣等特點，密封采用雙端面、單端面、油封、盤根、動力密封等多種密封形式，杜絕了跑、冒、滴、漏現象，延長了維修周期，該系列泵的安裝尺寸符合Scampump標準，過流部分可采用多種材質， 以便適用于不同的腐蝕工況,其最高使用溫度一般不超過120C。輸漿濃度為2~ 5%,采用特殊設計濃度可達8%左右。

       BA slurry pump ís a new slurry pump widely used inpaper making, chemical fiber and slurry - making, thispump prefers to Finland technology and conbined withnational advanced technical.The pump uses interna-tional advanced half - open impeller, every paper slur-ry,botton slurry ,wooden slurry , chemical fibre and fibrecan passed well,it is chokeless and can transport widedensity liquids, Seal uses trouble - face, single - face,oil seal, tray root and drive seal, which stops emitting,running,  dropping and leakage, prolong repair peri-od.Installing dimension accords to Scampump stan-dard.Liquid passed parts use several materials to suitfor different corrosive condition.The max. usage tem-perature is no higher than 120C .Surry density is from2% to5%,and itcan reach 8% for special design.
